Notre Dame Department Sale Procedures

All purchases for Notre Dame Departments are to be made IN-STORE ONLY.
DO NOT use your PROCARD to purchase items from the website, (NO RETURNS or REFUNDS can be issued if this should occur).
Departmental Sale Day/Times: Tuesdays from 1:00pm to 3:00pm EST by appointment ONLY (unless otherwise stated above in Announcements), appointments are scheduled in half hour intervals.
To schedule an appointment please call ND Surplus at 574-631-8971 or Email: surplus@nd.edu. and a Surplus Team Member will assist you.
Items acquired by a department for campus deliveries will be scheduled by Management.

Notre Dame’s Surplus Store is open to the Public through ONLINE sales only.

The Surplus Store has relocated to North Ironwood Drive near the Notre Dame Catalog Center at 1610 N. Ironwood, Dock #3.

Public Sale Procedures

Personal purchases ONLY through our online website.
Pickup times are to be scheduled online in 15 Minute intervals and can be scheduled every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:45am to 3:00pm pending availability, (unless otherwise stated above in Announcements).
Items must be picked up within 30 days of purchase date to avoid cancellation of order
Type of payments accepted: Credit/Debit cards ONLY.
Items are sold as is, NO RETURNS or REFUNDS can be issued.
